A-Cat sailor Sjoerd Hoekstra wins with EasyRigging stays!
The Dutch sailor Sjoerd Hoekstra wins Vele di Pasqua 2007. With 2 times 1st, a 3rd and 4th, a 7th and an 8th position, which are very good results! The local sailors had a lot experience with sailing around the huge grass fields. The non locals had a big struggle with the long grass, but Sjoerd did a great job with covering that problem and win on several occasions.The special designed EasyRigging PBO saved 750 grams in weight and has 38% less stretch then wire rigging. We wish Sjoerd all the best in the future!
