X40 OMAN takes line honours with EasyRigging in Round The Island Race
In an entry of almost 1800 boats, the Extreme 40 Oman Sail Masirah has taken line honours in the JPMorgan Asset Management Round the Island Race (Isle of Wight, UK) race. It was a nail biting, fickle wind finish with Masirah, helmed by Pete Cumming, crossing the line just 29 seconds ahead of Russell Coutts helming another Extreme 40, Team Aqua.
